Here is my story - I have been dealing with severe eczema for my entire life, and it got even worse during my late teens and early 20's.

I mean, I was so desperate to get rid of my condition I tried everything imaginable. You name it, I tried it!

Steroid creams, ointments, herbal pills, different diets...and everything else under the sun you can imagine.

I did see some improvement in my eczema after trying some of those things. But after about a monthof trying things, my progress slowed down.

Sounds familiar, doesn't it?

This drove me into a deep depression, and caused so much pain and embarrassment.

I wasn't going out with my fellow cougars, and stayed in the house with the shades closed, especially when I got in from work. I couldn't even sustain a healthy relationship.

I started looking for other options and wanted to get rid of my eczema so badly. I wanted to be happy - I wanted to wear T-Shirts and shorts with confidence, I didn't want to be embarrassed, and I wanted to find me a handsome young man to tame this cougar (smile).

That's when a friend recommended I try Eczema Free Forever. Which was created by a young lady by the name of Rachel who suffered with eczema, and also has a son who had it to.

At first I was skeptical, and figured it was another one of those internet scams. That's until I read the testimonials, and seen the before and after pictures on Rachel's website.

So I went ahead and purchased the book.

My first thought after reading the book...WOW!!

Here is one thing I learned inside the book:

Apparently, there is something in the immune system called interferon-gamma hormone, and if there is a low level of this it can make the body vulnerable to eczema.

Now, when I first read that I was thinking...good, but what is it? Apparently, this is something that regulates the body's response to allergy causing substances.

Did you know that? I know I sure didn't!

And here's the amazing thing about this trick, I tried the things in the book that incorporates this, and I started to see results to my hand within 7 days.

Outstanding!!

As you can see, I was impressed. But everything wasn't all peachy, I did happen to experience a few things that bothered me a bit.

For instance, her website says she cured her eczema in 3 days. I find this a bit radical for those who suffer from severe eczema such as myself.

This can be the case for those who have mild or less severe eczema, but for me I didn't start seeing tremendous results until my 12th day.

I also got confused on one section of the book and had to contact Rachel directly(she gives her contact info to everyone who purchases the book).

She replied to my e-mail very quickly. Also she was very friendly and helped me out with the issue in a nice manner.

So, I HIGHLY recommend Eczema Free Forever to everyone who was just like me. This is definitely something you wouldn't want to pass up!

Will Eczema Free Forever work for you? If you can follow simple instructions and give it time to work, YES!

Cheers,

Amy

Eczema Treatment – A Slight, But Safe Alternative to Steroid Creams

June 3rd, 2010

When it comes to eczema treatment many people are questioning the effectiveness of steroid creams. Should you use them? Is your eczema really benefiting from using them? What are the best eczema treatments to use for our condition? Those questions leave a lot of us wanting answers, but there are some things we can use to give us a little relief.

Though many docs prescribe steroid creams for eczema, they can leave us with negative side effects if we use them for a long time. I had to find out the hard way, and my continue use of steroid creams caused my skin to thin, which put me in an even more depressed state.

This is one of the reasons we shouldn't use these creams and ointments for too long. I have found some things that can help us with eczema treatment, but also they are safe for us to use. The downside of using these natural things is that, they only provide us with short relief. But we aren't at risk for negative side effects.

You can take a teaspoon of cream and tarter and blend it with just a little water, it would form a paste like substance. After that, the best thing for you to do is put it on the affected skin area. I would suggest you employ this right after bathing or taking a shower, most likely around the time you get into bed.

Let it dry on your pores and skin, and let it stay on there overnight, wrapped up around the area securely. What this will do is assist you with the itching and the redness that may have occurred. No, this is not a natural cure, but it is a very effective way to help with your eczema without you worrying about bad side effects.

Eczema Home Remedies – 3 Eczema Home Remedies That Help a Little

June 2nd, 2010

For those that are suffering from severe eczema like me, I know how you feel. But there are some eczema home remedies you can use to help a little with your condition.

Steroid creams are a bad long term solution to use, which in the long run can do more damage than good.

Eczema causes extreme itching, redness, and flaky skin. Which for us makes this condition feel unbearable at times.

Even though these eczema home remedies won't cure your condition or anything of that nature, they will help give you a little relief.

Over my years, I have tried just about everything you can name to try to make my condition better.

But for someone who stuggled with severe eczema like me, some things just didn't have no effect at all.

So below I listed a few things I tried that help me with my condition, that you may find valuable to you also.

Apricot Kernel Oil

This is a good remedy you can use for your condition. This oil isn't too thick, but it will assist the skin because of how fast it is sucked in by the body.

What make this oil even more fascinating is that it helps to heal and restore skin cells.

Largely due to the fact that it contains vitamins A,B and E. Apricot Oil, is an amazing thing to use for sensitive and inflamed skin.

Shea Butter

Another excellent home remedy for eczema is Shea Butter. For the best results I would recommed appying this with coconut oil or olive oil several times throughout the day.

Make sure to stay out of direct sunlight, this can make your condition worse. By using this it will speed up the healing process, and will also provide relief for itching.

Fish Oil Capsules

One more thing that can be done, is to take fish oil capsules. These capsules are not that expensive, and you can get that at most vitamin stores.

One of the good things about Fish Oil capsules is that it helps to decrease inflammation, that can occur from this condition.

Eczema Free Forever – About The Author

June 2nd, 2010

Rachel Anderson is the author of new book Eczema Free Forever, a book created to help those with eczema such as myself.

Rachel uses natural remedies for eczema and states the natural remedies in her book not only help cure your eczema, but they are completely safe to use.

Her purpose for creating this book was because of the humiliation she went through in school.

Being teased by the kids because of her skin condition, and she didn't want her son to go through the same horrible experience.

She is a skin care specialist, and has a medical background. So once the dermatologist prescribed her son with steroid creams, she already knew the creams weren't going to help her son like they should.

She knew they were only temporary solutions to the problem.

This is how her quest for finding natural treatments for eczema came about.

Rachel figured in order to help her son fight this condition, she had to find something that attacked the root cause, and not just mask the problem.

It was at that point that she decided to put something together to help her Samuel get relief that the creams and ointments couldn't provide.

Using nothing but natural things, that help promote healthy healing.

Rachel started to see a outstanding improvement in her son's condition, after some small changes was made to her treatments and trying them on herself first.

She was amazed that even at her age, they were working for her.

And that's how Eczema Free Forever was created. She knew that there were other's out there like her, who suffer from this condition just like her and her son.

Eczema Free Forever – What Is It?

June 1st, 2010

Hey I'm Amy,

I want to thank you for coming to my site about this new book that was recommended to me through a friend called Eczema Free Forever.

What you will find on this site is information about this book, and my full review of Eczema Free Forever since I just purchased it.

I struggle with severe eczema, and have been my whole life (don't ask how old am I, you should never ask a young lady such as myself their age...it's not nice).

But nothing has helped me with this depressing condition, and I am desperate to find a working solution.

Apparently, this book is supposed to help me cure my eczema permanently in 3 days, but with my eczema I find that very hard to believe.

Which is the reason I was so skeptical to purchase it at first.

It was created by a sweet young lady named Rachel Anderson, who suffered with eczema herself.

The book uses nothing but natural remedies to cure your eczema, that are supposed to be a lot safer than steroid creams.

On her site there are testimonials from customers who have bought her book, along with before and after pictures.

I must admit the results from her customers are amazing, but I don't have enough confidence to post pictures of how my skin currently look.

So, since I went ahead and purchased the book I'm about to try what she recommends, and hope for the best...

Wish me luck,

Amy
